The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and clean but were overbooked, leading to a long wait in the lobby. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with the thermostat. The location was great for shopping and dining, but the dining experience fell short. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms are probably one of the best I have been in, very clean and spacious, with a good breakfast in the morning. It was fairly quiet overall, but you could hear showers and voices in the morning since they are not facing the loud highway.
The hotel provided comfortable and clean rooms, although slightly smaller than expected. The friendly and professional service made me feel very welcome, despite a minor initial rudeness that was quickly rectified. The location was convenient and the overall experience was good.
